However, some orders may require additional processing time and may not ship on the same or next business day. <strong>The shipping method that you select when placing an order (Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) indicates the transit time with the carrier only and is not a guarantee that the order will be delivered in 1, 2, or 3 days from the date of the order.<\/strong>&nbsp; Any change to the delivery method, delivery options, address change or correction, or any other modification that will require carrier\u2019s intervention, will incur additional $15.00 per incident or request and will need to be paid in advance prior to initiating the change by Arsenal Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not available; please choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>If ground shipping is selected at checkout for addresses in Alaska or Hawaii, you&#8217;ll be contacted to collect additional fees for shipping via air, or your order will be cancelled. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VPN Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that if you use a VPN or other privacy measures to mask your identity online, your payment at checkout may fail. Merchants and banks compare the IP address associated with a transaction to the billing address provided by the cardholder. A mismatch can trigger a fraud alert, preventing your payment from completing successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the order is shipped. Orders are picked up from our shipping department by or before 2:00 PM PST. If you do not contact customer support to cancel your order before the shipments are picked up by our carrier, you will have to return the product(s) under our Return Policy, as stated below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer has 30 days from receipt of merchandise to return or exchange for any reason. <span style=\"color: #d14841;\"><strong>All returns must have a Return Authorization number before returning<\/strong><\/span>. Please contact Arsenal Inc. to obtain <strong>RA number<\/strong> before shipping. ANY PACKAGE ARRIVING WITHOUT A CLEARLY VISIBLE <strong>RA NUMBER<\/strong> WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER BY THE RECEIVING DEPARTMENT. Returned items must be packaged securely in original packaging. If the returned product is damaged during shipment to Arsenal Inc., a refund or exchange may not be granted. Credit is for cost of the product only. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable unless Arsenal determines that the product is defective.
