\nWe are proud to add a new configuration to our successful line of Bulgarian-made SAM7K 7.62×39 caliber pistols, now with Threaded Front Sight Block (standard Krink configuration with 24×1.5mm RH threads) and Picatinny rail for rear attachments.<\/p>\n

Arsenal Suppressor Ready
\n<\/strong>These limited-edition ASR models are hand-selected and individually inspected to verify exceptional bore-to-thread alignment for suppressor applications. As part of the ASR qualification process, rifles are tested with select suppressors from leading manufacturers to verify proper concentricity and coaxial alignment. Prior to 2026, ASR production was tested using the Arsenal\/Gemtech ARS30-1 suppressor system. Because suppressor and mounting system designs and dimensions vary between manufacturers, compatibility with any specific suppressor is not guaranteed, and users should verify proper fit and alignment prior to installation and use.<\/p>\n

This configuration is only available on K-Var.com<\/a> and MSR Distribution<\/a> as part of a combination packaged with the ARS30-1 Arsenal Suppressor. \u00a0Arsenals Exclusive Milled And Forged Receiver<\/strong>
\nEach SAM7K-44ASR pistol receiver is milled from a hot-die hammer forged receiver blank by the Arsenal Co. of Bulgaria. Other milled-receivers are machined from bar stock, but Arsenals hot-die hammer forging produces stronger and finer-grained steel. Internal voids and cooling deformations are eliminated by the 5-ton hammer forging process.<\/p>\n

Each SAM7K-44ASR forged pistol receiver starts out as a blank and requires over 5.5 hours of milling before assembly. This forging and milling process is very complex and time-intensive, but with our meticulous attention to detail, we deliver a receiver of unequalled strength, precision, and durability.<\/p>\n
